Prepared for Stable Green

Introductions Launch

A three month introduction to Ireland, and a launch.

July 2026

How we see it

You are bringing a company to Ireland.
The product is who you meet first.

Cold

The starting position

A strong fintech proposition, an experienced founder, and no network in the market you are entering. Ireland runs on who introduces you. That is the gap this closes, and it is the only real barrier between you and a running start.

Rooms

What actually moves

Not a campaign. The right lunch, the right event in West Cork, the right person called before you land. Paul Hayes has spent fifteen years building that network across Irish fintech, payments, investors and government, and this programme puts you inside it.

Launch

Then the payoff

Three months of groundwork is what makes a launch land. By the time we announce, the people who matter already know who you are, so the coverage confirms a story the market has started telling itself rather than introducing a stranger.

Autumn

The window

You are in Cobh from September. We use the weeks before that to warm the market virtually, then concentrate the in person introductions, dinners and events around the time you are actually here, and time the launch to the end of it.

The Ask

Open the room. Then announce.

FIRST: INTRODUCE

Put Stable Green in front of the people who decide things in Irish fintech.

Paul leads this personally for the first two months. Introductions to operators, investors, payments people and the parts of the ecosystem that matter for what you are building, plus invitations to the events where those conversations happen naturally. Virtual to begin with, in person once you are in Ireland.

THEN: LAUNCH

Announce into a market that already knows you.

The third month is the launch. One Irish tier one exclusive as the anchor, follow on coverage across Irish business and technology titles, and the UK fintech trades where Irish professionals in this sector actually read. The announcement lands on top of three months of relationships rather than cold.

The Approach

Three months. Introductions, then a launch.

01 · Month one

Orientation and the first introductions

We start with a session to understand the business, the proposition and who you actually need to meet, then Paul begins making introductions. Expect at least [ ] introductions and [ ] event invitations across the programme, made where they are genuinely useful rather than to a quota. Virtual first, so the groundwork is done before you arrive.

02 · Month two

In market, in person

Timed to your time in Ireland. Lunches, dinners and meetings with the people worth your time, and invitations to the events already happening while you are here. Bella coordinates the diary and the follow ups so nothing is lost between the introduction and the conversation that follows it.

03 · Month three

The launch

The company launch. We agree the format together, whether that is a straight announcement, a data release or a founder opinion piece, and build the story around it. One Irish tier one exclusive is the aim, with follow on coverage and the UK fintech and technology trades running alongside.

04 · After

What we learned, and what next

We close the three months with an honest read on what worked, which relationships are worth pursuing, and what a phase two would look like if you want one. No commitment attached to it. You decide with the evidence in front of you.

Investment

Three months. One flat fee.

€5k / month

Monthly retainer

The same every month across the three month programme. Months one and two are introductions, invitations and groundwork, led personally by Paul Hayes. Month three is the launch and the media programme around it. €15,000 in total, exclusive of VAT.
